FitFlop Women’s Walkstar Classic Thong Sandal


This is my second pair of FitFlops. Because I walk and work out on a regular basis, I don’t feel the “work out” when I wear FitFlops. However, I can tell a difference in how tired my legs are at the end of a day of wearing FitFlops versus any other shoe. The grooves on the bottom of the FitFlop (where your feet actually sit in them) are not noticeable, thus they don’t bother my feet nor give me a different wear pattern in those areas (I don’t get blisters or rubbed raw there). These particular FitFlops have a cotton material connecting the leather FitFlop medallion to each side of the sole. I can tell when my feet are swollen because the cotton material feels tight. However, when my feet aren’t swollen, there is not any tightness or discomfort from this material. I actually received the red Walkstars because silver was sold out, and the red bled a little at the connection between my toes when I stepped into them with wet feet. Other than those couple of minor inconveniences, I really enjoy these shoes and can never see myself in any other type of flip flop.
